Sports and Health

Whatever your sport and health objective (weight loss, fitness, muscle strengthening,...), our courses can be adapted to your rhythm.

Our coaches patiently accompany you through the lessons to provide you with training adapted to your level and help you to really progress.

CARDIO TRAINING

The very physical activity of Cardio Training consists of a series of exercises that will stimulate your heart rate and strengthen your entire cardiovascular system.

Depending on your own heart rate, the exercises you do will be more or less intense. In Cardio Training exercises, like most fitness activities, you will strengthen the whole body even if it will mainly boost your heart system.

As you exercise, your endurance will burn as many calories as possible and this is recommended if you want to display a slim silhouette or do some excess eating in complete peace of mind.

 

Zumba Fitness

An excellent course accessible to all, the Zumba Fitness concept is a very complete physical training program. The classes bring together all the elements of fitness, creating a dynamic, exciting, joyful and effective training system.

The choreographies are mainly inspired by Latin dances and the exercise is practiced on a wide variety of musical styles: Salsa, merengue, cumbia, reggaeton, bachata, Kuduro, Calypso, Soca, Samba, Cha-cha-cha, Hip hop, oriental dance, traditional African or Indian music, etc.

Zumba is an activity indicated if you want to lose weight or maintain your figure.

Step Cardio

The perfect fitness activity to work on your breath, your coordination and regain your figure.

You strengthen the muscles of your thighs, calves, hamstrings and buttocks and improve your endurance and coordination; all to exciting rhythms. In the Step we burn calories and sweat a lot. From the mental point of view, we develop memory, concentration and anticipation enormously.

 

CrossFit

It is a fitness method that combines athletic strength, weightlifting, gymnastics and endurance sports.

Our CrossFit practitioners run, climb rope, skip, move objects. They use dumbbells, gym rings, boxes, gyres, bags and any other object that can be used as a weight.

The course aims to increase work capacity through a series of training sessions that allow you to adapt to any physical effort encountered on a daily basis and achieve the desired result according to your involvement.

Interval Training

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is a form of training that alternates high intensity exercises with more moderate recovery or exercise periods.

This class is very popular with our subscribers who want to lose weight quickly and its advantage lies in reducing the duration of sports sessions while promoting strength and good physical fitness.

 

Body Bar

This is the fitness exercise that aims at complete muscle strengthening and is as close as possible to body building because it aims at developing muscular endurance through numerous repetitions, as opposed to working with pure strength or seeking to gain muscle mass.

African Moove

It is a discipline that offers sporting activities expressed through African dances and a good means of expression loaded with culture. The movements are rhythmic and inspired by scenes of daily life.

The exercises in this course allow our practitioners to play sports while having fun. They evacuate more stress, let off steam.

Children's activities

O'sport offers a programme for children with the aim of helping them discover as many accessible and fun sports activities as possible and to become aware of the benefits of sport. As activities, we offer you: Taekwondo, Kung fu, Gym kid, Zumba kid, Boxing, Trampolines, Kangoo jump.
